Mix 100% natural raw materials including wheat bran, rice bran...etc from Hokkaido into sawdust (also from Hokkaido) to form the base. The moisture is maintained at 65%. Pack 2.5kg of the base into bags. Press them evenly to become "blocks". Then sterilize the blocks for 8 hrs at 120oC. |

Cool the sterilized blocks in an aseptic room for one night. Afterwards, inoculate germs of ABM into the blocks. Move the blocks into a cultivation room (kept at specific temp. and humidity). After 20 days of inoculation, the germs are slowly growing from the top of the blocks. |

In order to ensure the agaricus to be heavy metal/pollutant and pesticide free, the covering soil is specially imported from Canada. The soil is dug from 300m underground and was made about 400yrs ago.
After 3 months of careful cultivation, agaricus are ready for harvest.

As fresh agaricus would be self-digested by its enzymes, newly reaped agaricus would be dried immediately. The drying machines are controlled with a computer (24hrs a day). |
In order to preserve the active ingredients, agaricus would be extracted with warm water (40oC) under low pressure to produce 1000% concentrated essences.
